WebAtheism is just a lack of belief in gods and, as previously mentioned, has nothing to do with moral or ethical evaluations. Any given atheist, however, likely has a moral or ethical system that very likely does evaluate child abuse as wrong. It's certainly wrong according to my humanist evaluations.
