It’s the most broken-ly OP shield. 200% bonus shock damage on shield break is ridiculously overpowered. Revolter legit makes weak guns viable on M10. Personally I favor the frozen heart. Freezes every enemy around you on shield break, then heals you for 30% of dmg given.
